St. Pat’s At The Grafton Senior Center

March 26, 2010 By eastwickpress

story and photo submitted by Jan MacDonald
On March 11, the Everett Wagar Senior Citizen Center sponsored a St. Patrick’s Day dinner with all the trimmings!  Music was provided by Bob Treffiletti.  The Bob Treffiletti Project is unique entertainment – we can attest to that – the guy is a virtual one-man band. Bob has a background music program accompany him while he sings along. Bob also projects the words up on a screen for those who want to sing along.  Our own Joe Cybulski, Director of Rensselaer County Unified Services, did his very own singing of “New York, New York” – and did a great job of it!
There was a lot of wearing o’ the green at this event which attracted 100 people.
Next up is the Hat Parade which will take place on March 31.  Feel free to trim a hat and bring it to wear during our parade. Raffle tickets will be available for the drawing of our next winner of our craft basket.  Money realized from the tickets goes solely to sponsor our monthly craft projects.
