The Babcock Lake Community Center (a non-profit organization) is putting on the 3rd annual Murder Mystery Dinner Theater at Babcock Lake in Grafton on Saturday, April 24.
The Murder Mystery is entitled “Class Reunion” and will be presented by Brick Road Productions (traveling professional actors from Massachusetts) at the Babcock Lake Community Center.
Nothing could be more fun than to get together with all your old high school friends, heart throbs and rivals after so many years, even if some of the characters seem to remember you a lot better than you remember them. It’s strange and hilarious how some of those old stereotypical high school archetypes just never seem to grow up. Mixing and mingling, reminiscing about old times, maybe glimpsing a rekindled flicker of an old flame, it just doesn’t get any better than that – unless of course, there’s a murder (Gasp!) and the whole class has to figure out who did the crime! Undoubtedly the most fun since you graduated high school. Don’t miss it!
There is a $30 donation per person for dinner and the show. Money raised will cover expenses for the dinner and entertainment and anything left over will help pay for outreach programs for the local children and also help pay for the utility bills and maintenance expenses of the Babcock Lake Community Center building throughout the year, which, in turn, provides a fun place for our local children and families to get together.
We have limited seating, so the sooner people call, the better. Everyone who plans to attend is asked to dress to the theme (bring your pom-poms or wear your football shirt!). For more information, tickets or directions, please call Meg at 518-686-4732 or email Meg.Myers@netscape.com.
The dinner includes beverages, appetizers, choice of main dish with sides, desserts, coffee, tea, entertainment and fun!
