Tax preparation at the HACA Center on Saturday, April 3, paused while Maria and Gloria Martinez delivered 236 boxes of Girl Scout cookies to the Food Pantry. The Girl Scouts also donated 50 boxes of cookies to the Health Center. Maria, age 6½, belongs to Daisy Troop #1259. Gloria, age 9, is in Scout Troop #1104. Dianne Hosterman, Food Pantry Director, reported that the cookies, and all donations to the HACA Food Pantry through the end of April, qualify for the Feinstein Matching grant program.
