Mark J. Harrington

Eagle Bridge – Mark J. Harrington, 58, passed away on Thursday, April 15, 2010, at his residence on Route 68 in Eagle Bridge, NY. He had resided there with his mother, Jean (Moses) Harrington.
Born on May 7, 1951, in Cambridge, NY, Mark was the son of Jean and the late Howard Harrington. He attended Hoosick Falls High School and later received his GED. Mark served in the United States Army, serving in Germany. He enjoyed gardening and was a excellent cook.
Survivors, other than his mother Jean, include two sisters, Glenda Hamilton and husband Bob of Eagle Bridge and Susan Burke and husband Steve of Buskirk, NY, and two brothers, Hugh Harrington of Eagle Bridge and Peter Harrington of Buskirk. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Service was held on Sunday, April 18, at 2 pm from the Mahar Funeral Home, 43 Main Street in Hoosick Falls. There were no calling hours. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
