Register For The Grafton Community Wide Garage Sale

May 28, 2010 By eastwickpress

Have you started your spring cleaning and realize you have too much stuff?  Get your clutter under control with the help of the annual Grafton Community-wide Garage Sale scheduled for Saturday, June 5. This event is sponsored by the Grafton Community Library as a fund raiser and is not organized by the Town of Grafton. Any proceeds realized from the registration fees benefit the Library.
For a five dollar registration fee, your garage sale will be listed on the official map. A limited number of ten feet by ten feet vendor spaces are available on the Library lawn for a ten dollar fee. Vendors must supply their own tables and canopies.  The registration form and appropriate fee for either location must be received at the Library by Wednesday, June 2 to be listed on the map. For your convenience, registration forms will be posted on the entry door of the Library located at 2455 NY Route 2 or you may download a form from www.graftoncommunitylibrary.org.
Printed maps may run out, particularly at the Town Store. Although we will make our best attempt to ensure sufficient quantities, we cannot replenish maps on the day of the sale. The Grafton Town Store is at the corner of NY Rt. 2 and Long Pond Road.
Vendors will be on the Library lawn, and the Library is having a book sale from 8 am until 1 pm.  To contact the Library by phone call 279-0580.  Regular hours are Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 3 to 8 pm, Wednesday 10 am to 2 pm and Saturday from 10 am until 1 pm.
