Tammy L. Hohn

Hoosick Falls – Tammy L. Hohn, 42, passed away on Saturday, August 7, 2010, at the Glens Falls Hospital. She had resided on Elm Street in Hoosick Falls, NY.
Born in North Adams, MA, on May 27, 1968, Tammy was the daughter of Thomas S. and Joan (Shartrand) Hohn Jr. of Hoosick Falls. She graduated from Hoosick Falls Central School in 1987.
Survivors, other than her parents, include her sons, Jakob Hohn and Michael Fratello, both of Hoosick Falls, her sisters, Becky Stearns of Hoosick Falls, Susan Warnke and her husband Chris of Cambridge, NY, her brothers, Joseph Hohn of New Jersey and Thomas Hohn and his wife Tammy of Maine. Tammy is also survived by Tim Stearns of Hoosick Falls and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the care of the Mahar Funeral Home, 43 Main Street in Hoosick Falls.
