Bus Trip To Where The Founding Families Of Berlin And Petersburgh Came From

The Taconic Valley Historical Society has organized a bus trip to Westerly, Rhode Island, to visit the community where the founding families of Berlin and Petersburgh came from. The bus will leave the Berlin Fire House on Saturday, October 23, at 7 am.  The trip includes a tour of the First Hopkinton Cemetery where many of the families are buried, a history of the Seventh Day Baptist Church, Ashaway, RI, and admission to the Babcock-Smith House in Westerly, RI.
