The Friends of Grafton Lakes State Park Annual Dinner and Meeting is coming up on Thursday, November 4, at 6 pm at the Grafton Inn on Route 2.
We are fortunate to have David DeSimone, local geologist and adjunct professor at RPI, sharing the topic of “The History and Environmental Geology of the Rensselaer Plateau.” It’s an incredible story that starts over 500 million years ago! The lecture will begin at approximately 7 pm.
The four course dinner entree choices are chicken or vegetable for only $15 per person. Come out to visit with friends, enjoy a great meal and lecture and hear the latest news about Grafton Lakes State Park.
Please RSVP to Liz Wagner at the Park via email at Elizabeth.wagner@oprhp.state.ny.us or by phone at 279-1155.
We ask that you send payment in advance made out to Friends of Grafton Lakes State Park to Friends of GLSP, P.O. Box 163, Grafton, NY. 12082.
