October 8, 2010 By eastwickpress

This week’s Turkey Shoot at the Petersburgh Rod and Gun Club was so well attended that the under 14 shoot was full by the time Ciarra Stevens, 13, arrived. So her uncle signed her up to compete against 20 men. The cute little sharpshooter whipped them all.
The men, including her Uncle Dave DeShane, took the ribbing she gave them very well. However, there was some joking about banning the kid from next year’s shoot.
The other “over 14” winners of turkeys were John Blowers, Rick Glasser, Jason Dumteman, Jason Saunders, Dan Schnoop, Dave Yerke, Shawn Cinney (two turkeys), Eugene Burnell and Jordan Rathbun.
The winner of the under 14 shoot was Danny Bentley.
Ronnie Brock Sr. was the winner of the year long 50/50 for $429.
