Two of the squares that danced at the Petersburgh Community Center Saturday night are shown circling left. Dancers ranging from age 11 to 85 had a wonderful time under the patient tutelage of caller Kenneth Hallenbeck and his wife, Olive. Some may remember Kenneth. He was the caller for Petersburgh and other local dances decades ago. Awesome music was provided by Floyd Smith, Martha von Schilgen and Dan Hoffman. The Petersburgh Sunshine Seniors are so appreciative of Floyd for bringing square dancing back to Petersburgh. Plans may be falling into place for a dance every other month.
