Seventh Annual Hoosick Bowl For Kids

Get your friends, family and co-workers together for a day of bowling and fun for a great cause. The Seventh Annual Hoosick Bowl for Kids is set for Saturday, January 15, at Barbecue Recreation on Route 22 in Hoosick. Proceeds benefit the Hoosick Area Youth Center & Community Coalition (HAYC3) and programs for youth and families.
Register A Team
There will be three waves of bowlers at this year’s event. The first wave begins at 12 noon, the second at 1:30 pm and the third at 3 pm. Each wave is limited to ten teams of five bowlers. Team Captains can register for a wave time by calling 518-686-9050 or by stopping by the Youth Center any weekday after 3 pm.
Prizes For Fund Raising
A minimum of $200 per team (or an average of $40 per bowler) is required to participate. Prizes will be awarded for top fund raisers. The team with the highest average of pledges per bowler will win $50 in Stewart’s gift cards. The individual bowler who brings in the most pledges will win a $25 gift card.
Captain Sheets and Pledge Forms are available at the Youth Center. Captain’s packets can also be mailed upon request. Call 518-686-9050 for more information.
Sponsorships And Donations
Strike, Spare and Lane Sponsors are needed for this event. Prices begin at $100. Call 518-686-9050 for details.
Donations are also welcome and can be made online through PayPal. Just visit www.hoosickyouth.org. Checks payable to HAYC3 can also be mailed to P.O. Box 492, Hoosick Falls, NY. 12090. These donations are tax deductible.
