The Stephentown Food Pantry will be closed on Saturday, December 25, for Christmas. Please plan accordingly.
The pantry will be open New Year’s Day for the usual Saturday hours of 9 to 11 am at the Stephentown Federated Church, Garfield Road (County Route 26). Appointments are not needed. As always, requests for help are confidential. For information, call 518-733-5923, 733-5675 or 733-0268.
If anyone wishes to donate nonperishable food items to the pantry, they can be left in the west vestibule of the Church hall or at Stephentown Memorial Library or brought to the pantry during Saturday hours. The pantry is unable to accept clothing or used toys.
The Stephentown Food Pantry offers short term assistance to residents of Stephentown and Hancock, MA. This volunteer group has been serving the community since 1983. If you wish to donate money to help fund the pantry, you may send checks to the Stephentown Food Pantry Treasurer at P. O. Box 387, Stephentown, NY, 12168.
