The Feather Tree At The Poestenkill Historical Society

December 10, 2010 By eastwickpress

Delores Kronau will present a program on “The Feather Tree” Tuesday, December 21, at the Poestenkill Historical Society’s December program. Delores is well known in local communities for her beautiful Feather Trees.
Following Delores’s program will be our annual holiday party. If you have a favorite holiday goodie you would like to share, it would be welcomed.
The program will held in the Poestenkill Town Hall on Rt. 351 at 7 pm. The program and holiday party are free, and the public is welcome to come and enjoy the evening.
We have Hidley prints of Poestenkill and Noah’s Ark for $20, Poestenkill History Through Photos at $22, postcards  and several books and cookbooks published earlier for $3 to $5. We also have “Letters Home” – letters to and from Marcus Peck, who served for a short time in the Civil War, for $8 to add to your holiday shopping list. For directions, call Pat at 283-5223.
