January 7, 2011 By eastwickpress

The Hoosick Area Youth Center & Community Coalition (HAYC3) is pleased to announce the addition of fitness training classes to its program offerings. Beginning Monday, January 17, Stacia Skorupski, a certified trainer, will offer morning training sessions at the Youth Center on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6 to 7:15 am.
Certified by the National Federation of Professional Trainers, Stacia is a professional trainer in Zumba Fitness and Isagenix. The group morning sessions will include an hour of “Bootcamp Fitness” (6-7 am) followed by a session of “Zumba Express” from 6:45-7:15 am. To allow for maximum flexibility, participants can come for the entire 90 minute session or for either of the two morning classes.
In addition, Stacia is now offering private personal training sessions by appointment only from 5 to 10 am on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. To arrange for a session and inquire about costs, call Stacia directly at 518-331-0292. Nutritional coaching is also available.
The Youth Center is located at 115 Church Street in Hoosick Falls. For information on the programs offered by HAYC3 for youth and families, call 518-686-9050 or visit www.hoosickyouth.org.
