Mountain Road School Open House

Mountain Road School will host two events – an In-School Open House on Tuesday, February 8, from 9 am to 12 pm and  an evening Open House on February 11, from 5 to 7 pm. The In-school event on February 8 will provide prospective parents and children with an opportunity to tour the school while classes are in session.
The evening Open House on February 11th will begin with a tour of the school, followed by a presentation by Director Kathleen Bailer Adams and then a Q and A with current and former students. The event will conclude with a Meet and Greet at which prospective parents can speak in depth with Ms. Adams, teachers and current MRS parents. Refreshments will be served.
Come learn about Mountain Road School, its nurturing, child-centered philosophy and its curriculum focusing on nature, science and the arts. MRS provides individualized attention, academic excellence, small classes, an innovative, nature-based curriculum and environmental study in partnership with the Flying Deer Nature Center, now for children in grades pre-k through eighth grade.
