Berlin High School Drama Club To Present The Musical Grease

On March 18 and 19, at 7 pm, the Berlin High School Drama Club will present the G rated family version of the popular musical Grease. A Broadway play and movie featuring John Travolta and Olivia Newton-John, this ode to the 1950s immortalized poodle skirts, slick hair and danceable songs.
“We promise great fun for all ages,” said Director Dianne Mosher. Karen Webster is the Musical Director.
Pasta Dinner
Also as part of the fun on Saturday night, March 19, the Class of 2011 will sponsor a pre-show pasta dinner from 4:30 to 6:30 pm. Take-outs will be available; call the school at 658-2515 extension 241.
Volunteers Needed And A Car
Community volunteers are needed to help with sets, costumes, etc. according to Mosher. “All are welcome. We’re also looking for a 1950s car to feature in the tune “Greased Lightning.” “The front end of a car only would be fine, too,” Mosher said. “Again, please call 658-2515 extension 241.”

The cast includes Lydia Shorter, Phil Bruns, Caitlyn Hungerford, Katie Nicpon, Justin Ryan, AnnMarie Guerdan, Patrick MacVeigh, Kathy Amendolara, Rocco Farano, Emily Olson, Christian Muller, Walter Harrington, Aaron Sykes-Gundlach, Clarice Derosia, Scottie Bamba, Jana Nelson, Tonya Brock, Llewlleyn Palmer, Courtney Kellar, Katie Gallucci, Brittany Crandall and Sadie Hoffman.
