Village Incumbents Re-elected

In Tuesday’s election Hoosick Falls Mayor Matthew Monahan was unopposed for re-election and won a two year term with 179 votes. Four candidates ran for three Trustee positions. Trustee John Hickey received 177 votes and will serve his second two year term. Paul K. Haynes, Jr. received 173 votes and will serve his second full two year term. Riccardo DiDonato received 100 votes, and he will serve his third two year term. Newcomer Sharon Davendonis, a regular at Board meetings, ran a very close race. She received 94 votes. Justice Thomas Restino was unopposed and received 177 votes.
