Lebanon Valley Woman’s Club Meeting

The Lebanon Valley Woman’s Club will hold its regular monthly meeting on April 8 at 12:30 pm at the Congregational Church in New Lebanon, Rt.20/22. The guest speaker will be Mary Linton, RN. She will discuss the pros and cons of taking additional vitamins and minerals. The presentation will include a description of the major functions of various vitamin groups and the importance of certain minerals for maintaining good health. A light lunch will be served.
April is also the month designated for “Library Involvement.” Members are encouraged to bring a children’s book for the local library. Any resident of the valley wishing to donate a book may bring it to the meeting place on Friday, April 8, or drop it off at Deb’s Beauty Shop in New Lebanon or contact Lore Squier for pickup.
The LVWC is a member of the General Federation of Woman’s Clubs, a worldwide not for profit organization. Anyone in the valley is welcome at our meetings. To join or for more information, contact Lore Squier, President, at 794-8034.
