Music & Art Cafe
On May 20 at the Music & Art Cafe Knot Dead with Nora Lamphere will perform from 7 to 9 pm. Admission is $5 per person, $8 per couple and $10 per family. Come listen and enjoy. Show off your artistic side by sketching while listening to the music.
Town Wide Tag Sale
There will be a town-wide tag sale on May 21 from 9 am to 1 pm. There are table spaces available at the Petersburgh Veterans Memorial Community Center for $15. Please call Jeanne Ferland at 518-658-3953 to reserve a space. Also, if you would like to be on the map, please call Mary Lou Walters at 518-658-0136 by May 18. Maps will be available at the PVMCC on the morning of May 21. We will open PVMCC at 8 am for folks with spaces so they may set up.
Congratulations To Boy Scout Troop 222
We also would like to Congratulate Boy Scout Troop 222 on their second place finish in the First Aid Obstacle Course at the camporee this past weekend. It was held in Hudson on the grounds of the Firemen’s Home. Great Job Troop 222!
We are asking for donations of good camping gear (no sleeping bags, please) and or returnable bottles and cans to help support Troop 222. These items may be dropped off at the PVMCC during the tag sale day and time or call William Curley at 518-658-0035 to make arrangements or with questions.
