Richard E. Baker Sr.

Grafton – Richard E. Baker Sr., 63, of Ocklawaha, FL, formerly of Grafton, NY, left his suffering behind on April 7, 2011, surrounded by his friends and family. He was born in Albany, NY, on November 29, 1947, and grew up there.
He loved life and lived it to the fullest. He worked for many years as a boilermaker before his illness began in 1986. He and his wife moved to Ocklawaha in 2005.
He leaves behind his wife of 22 years, Debra Littlejohn Baker, Richard Baker Jr. of Florida, Rosemary Davila of New York, Michelle Joe Thompson of New York, Jodi Allen of New York, Mike King of Vermont. He is also survived by a brother, Mike Baker and his wife Chris of New York, and his sisters, Yvonne and husband John Livingston and Beverly of New York. He was grandpa to many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
His cremation was taken care of by Forest Meadows Creamatory, Gainesville, FL.
