Anne M. Forgo

Grafton – Anne M. Forgo, 51, passed away on Thursday, June 23, 2011, at the Stratton V.A. Hospital in Albany, NY, after a brief illness. She had resided on Steve O’Dell Road in Grafton, NY.
Born on May 5, 1960, Anne was the daughter of the late Marion (Pelba) Dzioban and Ted Dzioban of Nassau, NY. She was a veteran of the United States Marines serving from December 1977 until February of 1978. Anne held various jobs throughout her life; at the time of her passing she was unemployed. She enjoyed fishing and gardening.
Survivors, other than her father, include her husband, Ted Forgo of Grafton, and close friends Darleen Payette, Rita Morin and Tom Withcuskey.
Funeral services were Sunday, June 26, at 7 pm from the Grafton Baptist Church in Grafton. Relatives and friends called at the Church on Sunday from 5 pm until the start of the service. Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Grafton Rescue Squad through the Mahar Funeral Home, 43 Main Street in Hoosick Falls, NY, 12090, who are handling the arrangements.
