HAYC3: Nominate An Outstanding Young Person

The Hoosick Area Youth Center & Community Coalition (HAYC3) is seeking nominations for its annual Youth Recognition Ceremony. Outstanding young people in the Hoosick community are recognized by HAYC3 each year for their volunteer service, community spirit and positive leadership abilities.
The recognition ceremony will take place during the 3rd Annual Hoosick Pumpkinpalooza. Recipients will be presented with an award certificate at the gazebo in Wood Park on Saturday, September 24, at 12 noon. The public is welcome to attend to help honor these outstanding young people.
If you would like to submit a young person’s name for consideration, please send the following information to Aelish Nealon at HAYC3, P.O. Box 492, Hoosick Falls, NY, 12090. The required information can also be emailed to contact@hoosickyouth.org.
Please include the nominee’s name, age or year in school (if known) and the reasons why you believe this young person should be recognized. Please include the name of the person submitting the nomination as well as an email address or phone number in case clarification is needed.
The deadline to submit a nomination is Friday, September 16.
