The property at 151 Madden Road in Stephentown is still an eyesore and was discussed at the last Stephentown Board meeting. The property was foreclosed by Bank of America, which is now responsible for the clean up and which has been contacted by the Stephentown Code Enforcement Officer. Bank of America stated, “We recently had some work completed at the property. We will be sending someone to inspect it again and determine additional work to be conducted.” (David Flint photo)
