Summer Reading Program Celebrations
On Wednesday, August 17, from 6:30 to 7:30 pm everyone is invited to celebrate the conclusion of our Summer Reading Program “One World, Many Stories.” The Scotia-Glenville Children’s Museum will present “Pop-Apart Puzzles” where attendees of all ages can create down to earth puzzles. Those who have completed the reading requirements for the summer reading program may pick up their certificates and prizes between 6:30 and 7:30 pm. If you are unable to attend that day, your prizes may be picked up at the Library any time after that. Children and youth are reminded that all reading must be completed and forms turned in by 5 pm on Monday, August 15.
At 7:30 pm on August 17 the drawings will be held to determine the winners of the teen and adult gift baskets. Adults and teens participating in the summer reading program are reminded that all books must be read and entries submitted by 5 pm on Monday, August 15, to be eligible for the drawings.
