Hoosick Falls Health Center Announces New Board Members

Local residents Gregory Laurin and Paul Donohue have recently joined the Hoosick Falls Health Center Board of Directors.

Gregory Laurin and his wife Nancy moved to Hoosick Falls in 1989 after accepting a position with Johnson Controls in Bennington. They have three grown children all of whom attended Hoosick Falls Central School. He retired from NSK Steering Systems America, Inc. as the Senior Manager of Human Resources for operations in Vermont, Michigan and Tennessee, this past June with seventeen years of service. Currently he is President of the Hoosick Falls Central School BOE and is in his tenth year of service to the school. Previously he had been involved in the Bennington County School to Work project, the Bennington County Workforce Investment Board, the Bennington County United Way Board and the Hoosick Falls Soccer Club. Laurin graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a Bachelors degree in education and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources by the Human Resource Certification Institute. He is a Vietnam era veteran attaining the rank of Sergeant as a member of the 3rd Armored Division, U.S. Army, in Frankfurt, Germany.
Paul Donohue has lived in Hoosick Falls for the past twenty-one years with his wife Gayle (Loretan) Donohue and their two children Mary and Peter. Currently Donohue works as the Studio Manager for Jenny Holzer Studio, LLC in Hoosick. In this capacity he oversees all studio operations for Holzer. Prior to his current assignment Paul co-managed Ruditis Home Appliances with his wife Gayle and father-in-law Herb Loretan. Paul is also active in the Kiwanis Club of Hoosick Falls and on the Board of the Cheney Public Library. He is delighted to be a part of this vital community asset.
