The Berlin Girls Modified Soccer Team had an amazing season going undefeated. Their record stood at 9-2-0 with two games that went into double overtime then ended in a tie. Scorers this season were Elysia Mars, Vanessa Goyer, Kaelea Forrest, Lyndsey Miller, Sarah French, Emma Bowen, Brianna Boomhower and Jordan Cahill. Hannah Burdick and Taylor Degroff were there supporting and assisting in the scoring. The Mountaineers out scored their opponents 32-10 leading to nine victories. The wins couldn’t have happened if not for a solid defense led by Drew Kells, Christina Shupe, Julia Goyer, Gabby Mazzeo, Kiernan Sykes and Taylor Meyer. Goalie, Lil Royce, worked hard every game and did an outstanding job. The girls did an excellent job led by their Coach Trish Weber.
