Lady Mountaineers Overwhelmed By Panther Girls Soccer

The Lady Mountaineers lost a Section II contest to their powerful rivals from Hoosick Falls. Berlin netted the first goal in the first few minutes of play when Rachel Ferris scored the 100th goal of her career. Then the Panthers took over. The HFCS captains had an amazing night. Meg McKee and Maritza Gonzalez both scored 2 goals. Other scorers were Jordyn Haynes, Liz Babson, Grace Delurey, Alyssa Surdam and Ali Martin. Tegan Shumway scored in the second half for Berlin. The final score was Hoosick Falls 9 – Berlin 2.
