Beginning Monday, December 19, Victoria Clark, a local retired Licensed Hair Stylist, will offer free haircuts at the Petersburgh Veterans Memorial Community Center for all veterans and for families of deployed servicemen and women. Appointments will be available on a regular basis Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9 am to 12 pm, Tuesday evening from 5:30 to 7 pm and Thursday evening from 7 to 9 pm. Hours may be extended to meet the demand. The PVMCC is located at 71 Main Street in Petersburgh.
