Hoosick Falls Police Blotter – January 8 to 14, 2012

• Sunday – January 8 – Investigated an Aggravated Harassment on  3rd Street.
Ems Congress Street.
Reported burglary on River Street.
• Monday January 9 – Reported Criminal Mischief  at 30 Classic Street. Someone cut propane line to building in an attempt to steal copper line. The building had to be evacuated by the Hoosick Falls Fire Department.
Investigated Noise Complaint on Church Street.
• Tuesday January 10 – Investigated a Domestic on Madison Street.
Investigated a Domestic on First Street.
Carbon Monoxide Alarm on Wilder Street. The Hoosick Falls Fire Department responded to the residence and determined that carbon monoxide was emitting from a hot water tank.
• Wednesday January 11 – Investigated attempted burglary on Ball Street reported at 1:05 am. Someone attempted to gain entry into residence while home owners were asleep. Subject(s) fled the scene east on Ball Street in either a dark SUV or pick-up truck with rack on back.
Animal Complaint Church Street. Vehicle repossessed on Railroad Avenue.
Assist Child Protective on Waldon Avenue.
• Thursday January 12 – Investigated a two car property damage auto accident on Main and John Streets.
Investigated Domestic on Wilder Avenue.
Arrested for Criminal Contempt 2nd, Criminal Mischief and Harassment 2nd Earl F. Hunt, age 51.
Investigated Criminal Mischief on Railroad Avenue. Arrested Thomas Randeau, age 39, on Bench Warrant from the Town of Hoosick.
Arrested Kimberly Stone from Bennington, VT, on Bench Warrant from the Village of Hoosick Falls.
• Friday January 13 – Assisted Child Protective on River Street. Alarm of Fire Steeple Heights. Investigated Domestic on 3rd Street.
• Saturday January 14 – Investigated Disturbance on First Street. Investigated 911 hang up on Wilder Avenue.
Investigated 911 hang up on Willow Avenue.
