Robin C. Kessler

Hoosick Falls – Robin C. Kessler, 30, passed away on Monday, January 23, 2012, at the Albany Medical Center, Albany, NY. She had resided on Munsell Street in Hoosick Falls, NY, with her husband Courtney Kessler and their children.
Born on April 30, 1981, in Bennington, VT, Robin was the daughter of Jeffrey and Crystal (Metcalfe) Pierce of Pownal, VT. She attended Hoosick Falls Central School and was a former member of the Town of Hoosick Rescue Squad, and she also played in the Hoosick Falls Community Band. She was employed at the Arlington Inn in Arlington, VT. Robin’s children were her life, and she enjoyed the time she spent with them. She liked to read Harry Potter stories and history books.
Survivors include her husband, Courtney, their children, Reagan Elizabeth Kessler, Madison Dawn Kessler and William David Kessler, all of Hoosick Falls, her parents, Jeffrey and Crystal, her grandmother, Kathleen Metcalfe of Hoosick Falls, her in-laws, David and Mary Nolan Kessler of Argyle, NY, formerly of Hoosick Falls, her sister Rebecca Pierce and Asa Clark of Buskirk, NY, her sisters-in-law, Amy Kessler of Menands, NY, and Kelly Matson and husband John of Florida, her cousins, Jason Watson and Caroll Bailey, and her niece, Lexi Matson, along with many other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be Saturday, January 28, at 10 am from the Mahar Funeral Home, 43 Main Street in Hoosick Falls, NY, 12090. Burial will follow the service at Rosewood Cemetery in White Creek, NY. Relatives and friends may call at the funeral home on Friday from 4 to 8 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to the Kessler Children Scholarship fund through the funeral home.
