At the December monthly meeting of the Town of Hoosick Rescue Squad, members elected officers for the upcoming year.
Bill Gaillard was re-elected as President, and Deborah Lohnes was re-elected as Vice President. Gaillard and Lohnes have put many hours into planning and running meetings, implementing continuing education lessons for members, overseeing maintenance of the ambulances and the Rescue Squad building, community involvement/training, correspondence with the County on current updates and basic management of the organization. Members showed appreciation for the time and dedication they have given to the organization with unanimous votes for each.
Sue Eddy will continue as Treasurer of Accounts Payable, and Roseann Miller will continue as Treasurer of Accounts Receivable. Cindy Mattison was voted in as Secretary, and Rita Kittel was re-elected as Chief. Elected to the Board for a three year term was Harold McClellan and Nick Hunt.
Pam Mayhew was appointed Historian and Cindy Mattison, Public Relations. Beth Cipperly handles inventory and purchasing of supplies.
