The future bride is a graduate of Union College and received her Masters Degree from Pratt Institute, Brooklyn, NY. She is a graphic designer and partner of Captured Light Photography.
The future groom is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Daniel Shih of Taipei, Taiwan. He is a graduate of Union College and NYU College of Dentistry. He is employed by Permanente Dental Associates of Portland, OR.
