HAYC3 will be hosting a Community Conversation on Thursday, March 22, at 6:30 pm at HAYC3. This community conversation will consist of an eclectic panel of individuals who have helped youth in different stages of their transition into adulthood, a transition which is challenging for both kids and their parents. Join us to hear first hand stories of how different families have successfully helped their child navigate choices, set clear goals and define a path for personal success.
Panel participants include a college career development director and a social worker as well as a recent college graduate and a current high school student, who are in the midst of making important choices and defining their own ideas of success.
From this conversation you will explore how to help children determine their strengths for future success, how to better guide youth through their transition from childhood to adulthood and how to communicate to youth your goals for them without jeopardizing their personal road map.
Please join us for an interactive and eye-opening dialogue. Refreshments will be served. HAYC3 is located at 115 Church Street. Please call HAYC3 at 686-9050 with any questions.
