Hoosick Falls Police Blotter – March 12 to March 18, 2012

Last week two juveniles fell off a fire escape, when it collapsed, on Main Street.  Both suffered injuries due to the fall. They were arrested for trespassing and criminal mischief and turned over to family court.
Sunday, March 12 – Investigation of a dispute on Main Street.
Traffic arrest;  arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd, uninspected Motor Vehicle and speeding was Gina Eldred, age 32, of 45 River Street.
Investigation of a Domestic Dispute on River Street.  Arrested for Criminal Contempt 1st was Jay Valentino, age 61, of Troy.
Tuesday, March 13 – Investigation of aggravated harassment on Church Street.
Report of a suspicious vehicle on Railroad Avenue.
Thursday, March 15 – Warrant arrest; arrested for Failure to Appear was Rodney Tobin, age 28, of Lyman Street, Hoosick Falls.
Saturday, March 17 – Arrested on Waterworks Road was a 17 year old juvenile for Trespassing and Unlawful Possession of Alcohol by a person under the age of 21.
Traffic Arrest; arrested on Church Street for Unlawful Possession of Marihuana was 20 year old Bruce Michaels of East Hollow Road, Petersburgh.
Arrested for Disorderly Conduct and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana was Justin Duket, age 24, of Barton Street, Hoosick Falls.
Investigation of a larceny of a phone from the Polish Club.
Investigation of a reported Domestic Dispute on Railroad Avenue resulted in the arrest of John Greenwood, age 48, of Ball Street Ext., Hoosick Falls, charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Resisting Arrest and Harassment 2nd.
Arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Failure to Stop at a stop sign on Classic Street was Kenneth Dolph, age 26, of Rt. 68, Cambridge.
Arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, Failure to Keep Right on High Street was David Cole, age 53, of Arlington, VT.
