The BCS Family Comes Together For Lisa Hendricks

March 23, 2012 By eastwickpress

Friends, family, classmates, teachers, former teachers and community members are coming together to help Lisa Minkler Hendricks (BCS 2000) and her family. Lisa is undergoing cancer treatment at Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in NYC. Being associated with Berlin Central is like being in a big family. When someone in our family needs help, we all come together.
A benefit turkey dinner is being planned for April 14 at the Petersburgh Memorial Hall. If you would like to help in any way, there is a volunteer sign up sheet. We could use grocery store gift cards to purchase supplies, and we welcome Chinese auction (paper bag auction) items including gift certificates. Volunteers and people wishing to donate items can call Jennifer Gundrum at 518-466-8361 or Carrie Minkler at 518-279-4810 or check the Facebook® page – Berlin High School Class of 2000.
Monetary donations can be sent directly to the Lisa Hendricks Family Fund, Pioneer Bank, 712 Hoosick Road, Brunswick, NY, 12180-9946.
