Judy Kelly appeared before the Board with a completed boundary line adjustment application for property on Spicer Hill and Yager Roads. The Board approved the adjustment.
Joseph Welsh appeared before the Board to confirm that property he had recently purchased on Young Road had been subdivided at one point. Records confirmed the property had been subdivided in 1997.
In other business the Board approved the draft letter written by Attorney Denis King to Hoosick Councilman Jeff Wysocki regarding what, if any, changes to the Town’s junk yard law and trailer law were being incorporated into the Farmland Protection Plan. The letter will be sent.
Attorney King told the Board he had expected a representative from Verizon to be present regarding plans for either a new cell tower or additions to a cell tower in the Town. King had asked the Building Inspector to be present for the discussion. However, no one from Verizon attended the meeting.
Developer Ken Brownell was expected to appear before the Board in continuation of plans for two acres of Baker’s Nursery property on Route 22. He did not attend.
