Work has been underway at the Dougherty’s corner since last Thursday. [private]On Wednesday 300 yards of sand was packed into the cellar hole. After that is completed, electrical and plumbing lines will be laid and then the concrete slab will be poured. It will be quite a while yet before anything appears above ground.
