Kirbie Nichols, female, age 28, of Rt. 346, Pownal, VT, charged with one count of Criminal Sale of a Narcotic (heroin)
Trey Carter, age 22, of Mason Hill Road, Pownal, VT, charged with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Narcotic (heroin)

Friday, May 4 – Investigation of a Domestic Dispute on Third Street

Saturday, May 5 – Traffic Arrest. Arrested was 45 year old Kimberly DeJesus of Rogers Avenue for operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs, NYS Prescription Drug Law, Speeding, Open Container and no inspection. Remanded to Rensselaer County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail
