The auction will be held in Room 110, Schenectady City Hall, 105 Jay Street, at 11 am with registration to begin at 10. Complete property details including photos, legal and reference documents and auction requirements can be found at www.nysstore.com and clicking on “Surplus Property.” The minimum bid  is $180,000.

The property is being sold “as-is.” Prospective bidders are encouraged to obtain professional advice prior to the public sale to assure compliance with building codes and any planned use of the property.
Interested bidders will be required to present an initial deposit of $18,000 in the form of certified check or bank check in order to register.
