BCS 2012 Valedictorian – Kathryn Amendolara

Kathy Amendolara is an outstanding student, respected by her teachers and peers and always striving to be at her best.  Her academic accomplishments are one of the top few.

While excelling in her academics, Kathy has also spent hours practicing and preparing for chorus, band and her major roles which she has had in the high school musical since ninth grade.  She was chosen to participate in All County Band and chorus throughout high school and has been a NYSSMA participant in both chorus and instrumental events.  Kathy was involved in several school and community fundraising events including Prom Committee, Class of 2012 Secretary from ninth to eleventh grade, the Rock-a-Thon for Muscular Dystrophy and Make-a-Difference Day and has been a member of the Berlin High School National Honor Society since the tenth grade.
Kathy Amendolara plans to attend The College of Saint Rose in Albany in the fall.
