Hoosick Falls Police Blotter May 18 to May 25, 2012

Friday, May 18 – The Hoosick Falls Police Department, with the assistance of the Rensselaer County Drug Task Force, completed a two month undercover investigation that resulted in the arrest of Jason Shaw, age 28, of 25 Willow Street, Hoosick Falls. Shaw was arrested on May 18 on a sealed indictment warrant charging him with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree. The investigation is continuing.

12:43 pm – Report of alarm on High Street
5:27 pm – Report of a Domestic Dispute on First Street. Arrested for two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of harassment was Tiffany Sweet of 140 Church Street
Saturday, May 19 – 12:30 pm  – Report of a Domestic Dispute on Classic Street
Sunday, May 20 – 12:30 am – Assisted NY State Police on a property damage auto accident on White Creek Road
9:30 am – Report of property damage on Albany Street
Sunday, May 20 – 6:37 am – Drug investigation.  Arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance, Endangering the welfare of a child and unlawful possession of marihuana was Matthew Bessette, age 33, of 16 Willow Street
11:30 pm – Investigation of a larceny from a vehicle on Mechanic Street
Monday, May 21 – 8:02 am – Traffic arrest on High Street. Arrested was Patricia Johnson, age 29, of Mattison Road, Vermont, for Unlicensed Operation, Speeding and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a motor vehicle
10:24 am – Assist the Rensselaer County Sheriff’s Dept. with a Domestic Dispute on Breese Hollow Road
Tuesday, May 22 – Arrested on a Probation Violation was James Young, age 30, of 3956 NY 67 Eagle Bridge
Wednesday, May 23 – 8:35 am –  Civil Dispute on 39 River Street
1:13 pm – Investigation of a Domestic Dispute at 107 Railroad Avenue
5:21 pm – Investigation of Aggravated Harassment on Home Street
5:31 pm – Investigation of  Harassment on Manton Street
Thursday, May 24 – 5:26 pm – Investigation of Criminal Mischief on Main Street
8:05 pm  – Investigation of Harassment on Willow Street
Friday, May 25 – 12 am – Investigation of a Domestic Dispute on Lyman Street
8 am – Investigation of a Domestic Dispute on Davis Street
8:30 am – Found Property on the railroad tracks off of Davis Street
2 pm – Arrested for Trespass was 67 year old Caroline Valentine of 20 Classic Street
2 pm – Assist Washington County Child Protective with investigation on First Street
3 pm – Assist Rensselaer County Child Protective with investigation on Willow Street
3:57 pm – Investigation on Main Street
6:32 pm – Arrested on a warrant for Aggravated Harassment and Criminal Contempt was 23 year old Wendy Morse of 1 Willowbrook Drive, Vermont
7:05 pm – Investigation of a Domestic Dispute on Main Street
7:06 pm – EMS on Mechanic Street
