Twenty-eight students from across the Capital Region concluded their four year journey as students and educators on Saturday, June 16, as they graduated from Tech Valley High School. Among them were Berlin residents John Hendricks II and Corey Doughty.

While their schooling at TVHS was far from normal, the graduation ceremony on the UAlbany main campus was packed with all of the pomp, circumstance and tradition that is the hallmark of ceremonies across the country.
The students were sent on their way to the world of higher education and work with speeches from local entrepreneur John Corey, as well as businesswoman Amy Johnson and education leaders Dr. Charles Dedrick and Dr. James Baldwin, District Superintendents of Capital Region and Questar III BOCES. Johnson, of Capstone Inc., and Corey, of Chart Inc./Q-drive, are members of the Tech Valley High School Business Alliance.
