Andrew Morin On Commendation List And Honored As Axinn Scholar At Southern Vermont College

Andrew Morin of Hoosick Falls was named to the Commendation List at Southern Vermont College. The Commendation List recognizes part time students who have earned a minimum grade point average of 3.25 during the spring semester. This spring, Morin was also honored as an Axinn Scholar for his involvement in community service. He was recognized for this honor at the Donald E. Axinn Community Leadership Recognition event on campus.
Morin is a junior majoring in Business Administration/Sports Management. He has been a member of the SVC men’s baseball team. Morin is also a volunteer fireman with the Hoosick Falls Fire Department.
Morin graduated from Hoosick Falls Central School, and he is the son of Wendy and James Larson of Hoosick Falls and Timothy Morin of Hoosick Falls.
