Coach Cindi Mars reports
The Berlin Girls JV soccer team defeated Emma Willard 2-1 at home on October 3. The first goal was a ball off the defending goalie, scored by Elysia Mars. The second was scored by Jordan Cahill, assisted by Rachel Barnum. Both goals we scored in the first half. With midfield support, a dedicated defensive team and Nicole Zlotnick in goal with an astounding 26 saves, they held their own in the second half, preserving the win.
