November 30, 2012 By eastwickpress

by David Flint

Tables were set up in the school library on Tuesday, November 27, and seniors enjoyed a fabulous brunch prepared and served by the Berlin Central School Catering Class. On the menu was a ham, cheese and spinach strata served with roasted potatoes and plenty of hot coffee and other beverages. [private]Dessert featured a choice of a cookie dough “pizza” with a selection of fresh fruit toppings or chocolate cake. Entertainment was provided by members of the school Drama Club who gave a little preview of their upcoming production this weekend of “Beauty and the Beast.” Singing duets and songs were Nick Edwards as Beast, Lacie D’Alessio as Belle and Andrew Zlotnick as Maurice. The Catering Class has got some experience under their belts. Mosher noted that they recently catered a wedding of one of the school’s teachers.
