Forty-Five New Names Added To The Veterans Wall

The Hoosick Falls Veterans Wall Committee is happy to announce that 45 new veterans names have been added to the wall.  The new names were collected by Phil Leonard and the Historical Society.  A plaque containing the names of the major contributors has been added to the sitting wheel in front of the wall.
Thanks goes out to Robert Becker for taking care of the ordering of the necessary bronze name tags and the main plaque.  David Begin was in charge of mounting the plaque and name tags.
This concludes a three year effort to establish the Veterans Wall.  The wall became a reality because the community donated so generously.
The Veterans Wall Committee consisted of Robert Becker, Kate Bradley, Marilyn Douglas, Philip Leonard,  Jerry McAuliffe, Bea Peterson and Walter Zwinge.
