Dottie Cross, Organist and Choir Director of the Christ United Methodist Church in Johnsonville and the West Hoosick Baptist Church combined those choirs with guest singers from ten additional churches to present an outstanding musical program with almost 50 voices on Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon, November 17 and 18. On Saturday the Welcome Blend was a part of the program, and on Sunday Harmony of Faith performed.
This is the twenty-first year Dottie has gathered singers together for a pre-Thanksgiving program.
The singing is always uplifting and greatly enjoyed by everyone who attends. Donations from the concert benefit the Pittstown and Hoosick Falls Food Closets. This year contributions exceeded $1,600.
