The Stardusters of Hoosick Falls, a swing band, in the style of the “big dance bands,” will perform a Christmas concert on Sunday, December 16, at 3 pm at the Hoosick Falls Community Alliance Church located on Hill Road.
The Stardusters, formed in 1975, perform at wedding receptions, anniversary celebrations and now a Christmas Concert featuring everyone’s favorite Christmas selections. The Band is managed by Bill Cottrell (founder Cortland’s son) and directed by Bill Gaillard. The Stardusters are comprised of musicians from Hoosick Falls, Troy, Bennington and Arlington, VT.
The Stardusters rehearse twice monthly and perform on request by calling 518-686-5026.
The Christmas Concert is free of charge, and the public is cordially invited.
