Honey Heart Holistic Health Workshop At The HAYC3 Armory

Honey Heart Holistic Health is a new office that has opened at the HAYC3 Armory on the second floor, Suite 19. The owner, Jennifer Contessa, will be holding her first of many two hour health workshops.
The January 17 workshop at 6:30 pm will focus on Whole Foods:
• What are whole foods and how one can incorporate more of them into his or her diet.
• What are refined foods and how to reduce the amount of refined foods that you and your family consume.
• The importance of drinking quality water and how much you should be drinking.
The workshop will also cover how individuals can reach obtainable goals for the New Year, including:
• Mental health and meditation;
• Managing stress and improving physical health with positive lifestyle changes.
The cost is $30 for HAYC3 members and $45 for non-members. Please call 518-281-6715 for more information and to register.
