Alleged Burglars Of Farrara’s Arrested

On February 13 the Hoosick Falls Police arrested Brett Stone, age 20, of 9 Madison Street, Hoosick Falls and charged him with the burglary of Farrara’s Pub and Grill on Classic Street. He had broken in on two different occasions since May of last year. [private]Stone was charged with two counts of Burglary 3rd, two counts of Grand Larceny 4th and two counts of Criminal Mischief 3rd. All the alleged charges are felonies. He was remanded to the County jail in lieu of $25.000 cash bail. At that time the Police sought a second subject, believed to be in Vermont.
On Thursday, February 21, the second suspect in the Farrara’s burglary was arrested. He is 21 year old Garth Jennings of 1823 Rupert Road, Sandgate, VT. He was arraigned in Village Court and remanded to County Jail in lieu of $5,000 bail.
This completes the investigation of the burglary that occurred in May of 2012. “Hoosick Falls Police Officers worked on this for some time and did an outstanding job bringing this case to an end,” said Police Chief Robert Ashe.[/private]
